Dr. Alejandro Miquel, known as Dr. Al, is a trailblazing physician and proud son of Cuban immigrants who escaped communist Cuba to forge a legacy of resilience and excellence. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, he graduated from Cardinal Newman High School before achieving academic distinction, earning his medical degree Magna Cum Laude. As a third-generation physician, Dr. Miquel’s commitment to healing runs deep, further solidified by his Family Medicine Residency at Texas Tech University, where he shone as Chief Resident and President of the House Staff. His pursuit of excellence extended to earning a prestigious MBA from Auburn University in 2018, equipping him with unparalleled expertise in healthcare innovation.

With over two decades of transformative leadership in healthcare, Dr. Miquel has held pivotal roles, including Medical Director at MCCI and Conviva in Lake Worth, Florida, and Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Florida Community Health Centers, Inc. His visionary approach has redefined patient care standards. Currently, he serves on the board of directors for Impact 100 Men in Palm Beach County, driving meaningful community impact.

Dr. Miquel founded Men’s Only Medical, a groundbreaking practice dedicated to providing men with personalized, judgment-free healthcare. A passionate advocate for integrative and preventative medicine, he masterfully blends cutting-edge traditional practices with holistic approaches, empowering patients to achieve optimal wellness.

Married to his childhood sweetheart, a distinguished pathologist he met in second grade, Dr. Miquel is a devoted father to two sons. Outside his professional endeavors, he’s an avid sportsman, hunter, fisherman, and culinary enthusiast, bringing the same fervor to his personal passions as he does to revolutionizing men’s health.
